Please make sure to provide your Finale account name to our team. The account name can be found by looking at the URL used to access Finale. For example, if your URL is
https://app.finaleinventory.com/companyA/sc2/, then your company name is 'CompanyA.'
Account cancellations can only be requested by the account owner.
