By default, Finale only allows you to create reorder purchases based on Supplier 1. If you'd like to be able to choose a supplier and add ALL possible products, this setting can be enabled in Application Settings >> Product in the Buying Prices & Reordering group.
Once this box is checked, Finale will look at Supplier 2, Supplier 3, etc. when filtering by Supplier to create the purchase order.
