How Do I Get Notified When I Need to Reorder?

Finale can be configured to automatically push a notification to your email when a product needs to be reordered. Below are the steps to configure the notification.

In your Application Settings >> Users, choose the left column option for notifications to enable reorder notifications.

  1. Reorder changes: When this notification is selected, Finale will send you an email whenever a product needs to get reordered.

  2. Reordering summary: When this notification is selected, Finale will send a complete daily summary of the products that need to get ordered. Additionally, you can select when you want the daily summary to be sent.

  3. Location filter: each user can specify a reordering location. Choose "All Locations" for a summary of all locations.


Please note that you must have a confirmed email address to use this feature. You can confirm your email address from Applications Settings >> Users
