Emailing Purchase Order or Sales Orders to Multiple Recipients

If you want to email the purchase order, sales order, or other documents to multiple recipients, you need to special syntax to create a formula for the distribution list.

You need to use the Join operation.

For example, if you want to email the report to sam@test.com and mary@test.com, then the formula would be join(["sam@test.com","mary@test.com"]).
