Stock change reasons give you insight into why stock transactions were made. The reasons can be selected on the Stock Change/ Take screen.
To modify the reasons the that are available to select, go to:
Application Settings >Inventory>Stock Variance Reasons
Additionally, Finale offers the ability to choose the stock operation that the reason codes are available. This could prevent user errors by limiting their choices within the list.
