Credit card payment or ACH billing information can be updated by contacting Descartes at email address payments@descartes.com.
A mail-to link, preconfiguring the destination and subject with account name and request, is provided from Applications Settings >> Billing.
Navigate to your Application Settings by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the menu bar and selecting Application settings.
Once in Application Settings, choose the tab for Billing and then click on the link to contact Descartes finance. The mail-to link opens an email with prefilled destination and subject for your account.
Returned ACH Transaction Fee
Any ACH payment that is returned for any reason (including insufficient funds, incorrect account information, or any other cause) may be subject to a $50 Returned ACH Transaction Fee. This fee covers administrative costs, bank charges, and other expenses incurred from processing the return.
