How do I use an Android emulator to run the Finale Inventory app?

If you'd like to run the Finale Inventory Barcode Scanning app on a PC or Mac and use a bluetooth or wireless scanner, you can do so by using an Android emulator. Please keep in mind that the software is not optimized for an emulator, so there may be very minor performance discrepancies between the emulator and an actual scanner. These, however, should not prevent you from successfully utilizing the application.

Step 1

Download the software "Bluestacks" to your computer and install it.
