• All passwords must be eight characters long

Login Failures

• Finale allows up to six consecutive login failures, after which, a 30-minute lockout period will be enforced.

• A password reset, performed by a different user with sufficient user permissions or using the reset email link, will allow a user to create a new password and gain immediate access to Finale.
