Finale integrates with QuickBooks Online only. QuickBooks Enterprise / QuickBooks Desktop is not supported by our software.
The QuickBooks Online integration requires a Silver-level subscription plan or higher in order to add/install it to your account. Please contact service@finaleinventory.com if you wish to add it to your account.
Onboarding support for implementing a connection to your QuickBooks Online account with your Finale Inventory account is not included on Silver or Gold level subscription plans.
In order to receive QuickBooks Online onboarding and implementation support from Finale you must be on a Platinum level subscription.
If you are on a Silver or Gold level subscription plan and do not wish to upgrade your plan to receive QuickBooks Online implementation support, we will be happy to refer you to several accounting companies who can help you with this process. These accounting partners have an excellent working knowledge of both QuickBooks Online and Finale Inventory. For a fee, these accounting companies will be able to provide your business with customized QuickBooks Online onboarding support.
