This STEP is INSTRUCTIONAL - Integrating Finale Inventory with a third party or outside systems in optional. This may be done at a later time.
Finale Inventory supports numerous integrations and connections with third-party software and services. Check back often as we are always adding new interfaces with other services.
Finale Inventory API - Available on Platinum subscription plans and above. The Finale Inventory API is a comprehensive set of services based on REST principles. The API has access to read and modify every entity exposed in the user interface - in fact, Finale's user interface uses the API for its operation. The API is exposed using JSON over HTTPS using the GET method for reading operations and the POST method for modification operations.
E-commerce - Shipstation Pull your shopping cart orders into Finale Inventory, let us manage your warehouse
Pushbacks – Update stock levels on e-commerce sites and shopping carts so you never oversell
QuickBooks Online – Pushing Purchase Orders, syncing Bills, Bill payments, Inventory Asset valuation, COGS, Inventory variance Expenses, and Invoices to QuickBooks Online
Square POS – Cloud-based Point-Of-Sales software on an iPad or Android tablet. Does your business go to trade shows and sell items? Do you have a “brick-and-mortar” store where you sell things off the shelf or out of your warehouse?
FTP Server – Automated Outbound FTP data Export and Report distribution. Use this feature to send data to other servers or services. Send Stock level data to another system.
Automated Email Reports – Email Report distribution automation. Want to get Sales, Purchases, Shipments or Stock level reports emailed to you on a schedule? Have Finale Inventory email you a PDF, Excel, .CSV, or JSON attachment.
Automated Email Re-Order Notifications – Re-Order Notification Email Alerts per user for Products that Need to be Reordered
