How to configure a ShipRush integration to ship in Finale

Shipping in Finale leverages Finale's new ShipRush integration. Follow the steps below to integrate ShipRush in Finale Inventory.

To integrate ShipRush:

1. Contact Descartes ShipRush and create a Descartes ShipRush account.

2. In Finale Inventory, add a new ShipRush integration instance.
   
   
   

3. Enter an integration name.
   
   
   

   1. Log in to your ShipRush account.

   2. Select Account Settings > User Settings > Developer Tokens.

   3. Click Show Tokens.

   4. Copy the three tokens Shipping Dev Token, eCommerce User Token and eCommerce Dev Token, required by the ShipRush integration.
      
      
      

4. Enter the tokens in Finale and click Test integration.

Be aware that tokens will be shown only once and you should store them in a secured location for future reference. If you do not have the ability to show tokens, contact Finale or a ShipRush administrator to be configured with visibility over your tokens.
