There are two methods to reset a password.
Reset link through the Finale Inventory sign in page
Resent link through the Finale Inventory sign in page:
To reset password, click on the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page:
https://app.finaleinventory.com/account-recover-password
Enter username or email of account that needs password reset, and click Recover password:
You will be sent a recover password email to the email listed as long as it is listed on the account:
Reset link sent through application settings through an account admin or owner
Access users through application settings:
Select Recover password from Actions dropdown menu:
Select Recover password from the pop-up:
